Refund Policy

At Glow Up Heels, we strive to offer a flexible and fair refund policy while maintaining the quality and consistency of our services. Please carefully read our refund terms below.

1. Refunds for Cancelled Services

If Glow Up Heels cancels any service, such as a dance class, workshop, or event, for any reason, a class credit or a refund will be issued for the affected service. In case of a cancellation that affects a monthly package or any ongoing service, the validity period of your package may be extended to accommodate the missed classes. You will be notified of any changes in schedule as soon as possible.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Non-Attendance

Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation notice

3. Extending Package Validity

If a class within your monthly package is cancelled by Glow Up Heels, the validity period of your package may be extended to account for the missed class. Extensions are granted only in case of class cancellations by us, not for personal absences.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling by You

  • Class Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation in a class, you may do so up to 6 hours before the scheduled class for a credit or reschedule, but no refunds will be issued. Please note that a different cancellation and rescheduling policy may apply to certain workshops and events. It will be specified in the policy at the time of booking the class.

  • Package Cancellations: Monthly packages are non-refundable once purchased, but the package validity may be extended in case of classes cancelled by us.
